Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your AIpostBee account or a connected Meta authorization. A dedicated Meta data-deletion callback endpoint is not implemented yet and is not claimed here.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to AIpostBee if you still have access.
2. Disconnect individual social accounts from Network → Social accounts. Local disconnect removes stored credentials for that account and keeps the account history record.
3. Email support@aipostbee.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your user account, a workspace you own, or Meta connection data. That mailbox is the intended support address; it may not be provisioned yet.

What we will not do automatically

An unauthenticated request, including a future provider callback that has not been implemented, will not automatically delete an entire workspace. Workspace deletion requires an authenticated owner request or a verified support process.

Meta users

If you connected Facebook Pages or Page-linked Instagram accounts through Facebook Login for Business, say so in your email and include the workspace name if you know it. We will remove stored Meta credentials and associated connection records after verifying the request.
