Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AIpostBee (aipostbee.com) handles information when you use the product. It is a baseline SaaS notice for the current implementation. It is not a substitute for a reviewed legal agreement, and company registration details will be added before public launch if they are not listed here.

Information we process

• Account details you provide, such as name and email address.
• Workspace, brand, territory, team, and membership records you create.
• Social account metadata required to identify a connected Facebook Page or Page-linked Instagram professional account (for example Page or Instagram account id, display name, and username).
• Encrypted provider credentials stored only on the server so AIpostBee can maintain an official connection. Access tokens are not shown in the browser.
• Audit events for security-relevant actions inside a workspace.

What we do not do

• We do not ask for Facebook or Instagram passwords.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not publish to social networks in the current product phase.
• We do not store a connecting person's full Facebook profile as the social account identity. The connected identity is the managed Page or Instagram account.

Meta / Facebook

When you connect Meta, AIpostBee uses Facebook Login for Business and requests only the permissions needed to list authorized Pages and discover Page-linked Instagram professional accounts. A Meta user id may be stored solely to maintain and validate that authorization grant.
